The band have now returned from their gruelling
practice schedule in France. Whilst there they had to turn down offers to play
a gig due to this heavy burden of new material they waded through. (actually
they decided not to play coz Kate wasn't with them due to her recording
commitments back in the UK)
Here on the web site are a number of pics detailing
the trip, watch out for the one where an observant French television crew
recognise Nick and he has to feign anonymity beneath the mask of some dark
sunglasses, and when that fails he pretends to be asleep. These pics display a
band relaxed (mostly drunk) and ready for their next challenge, which at the
time of the pics was getting off the boat without Jo throwing up.
I think I am able to say that the band have nearly
completed practice on the first original song being included in the set. This
is a song called "Standing in the corner" the words of which were written by
Neil and the music by Neil and his friend John Tozer that infamous artist and
writer of olde London Town.
Don't forget all questions will be answered and all
comments welcome on the comments page.
See ya next time
